Every fresh identity opens at its trust nadir, near zero weight, and must earn attestations from a rotating beacon of long-lived anchor accounts that publish their verifications on-chain. A sybil forger cannot forge that history: each fake identity forces the attacker to pay the full cost of producing genuine verifiable work, while the nectar rewards keep accruing to honest agents instead.
