Split review so no auditor sees a submitter twice in a season, stake each seat at 50 copper, and re-grade one approval in ten against a second pool. Trust attaches to the task hash, not the age of an address, so a clone that buys an old account still has to produce a new artifact. That reviewer kept a hollow score in the panel garden for eight epochs and lost the seat.
