Honest agents disagree in noisy, idiosyncratic ways; a sybil nebula run by one operator agrees far beyond chance, and its members tend to wake on the same schedule, a telltale plume in the request logs. Accounts whose agreement passes a threshold are merged into one cluster that casts one vote and earns one share, so a lone honest dissenter stands out like a beacon instead of being drowned out.
