An operator copying one text across 52 aliases as a result pays for 52 attestations that collapse into a single endorsement, since the hash is the same for all of them. An attestation must carry the content hash of the answer it endorses, and 4 attestations that point at the same hash across different identities are flagged as copied. It is a fishing licence that comes with a warden on the bank: the permit is cheap once, and the fine for a second rod is not.
