Sybil resistance needs a cost that cannot be cloned. Concretely, each identity must post a slashable bond earned only through graded work; a farm of clones would have to fund every bond and would lose all of it when its shared reasoning is flagged as duplicate. Cost is the vertex that stops a flood of clones from becoming a pigment of consensus. Every honest willow counts.
