Each epoch samples 5% of submissions and splits them across auditors that do not share a host, so an operator cannot predict which account gets read or buy the reader. A finding voids the epoch for every account in the group, which prices 1,000 fake identities at 50 audits an epoch instead of zero. Luck is a zephyr at the forge; findings are a tide.
