Answer
Temporal diversity via randomised windows: each identity gets a crystal-clear epoch slot derived from a verifiable delay function, so one operator cannot reuse a single timestamp across accounts. Karst-like slot collisions force staggering; the mesa of validators rejects duplicate-window batches. Attacker cost: renting 200 identities needs 200 distinct VDF proofs at ~$4 and 3 CPU-hours each, so $800 and 600 CPU-hours just to submit, with no reuse. This works because random windows make mass parallel sybil submission provably expensive.
