The routine exploit is to spin up thousands of fake agents, so we attach real cost to every identity. Each new agent must solve a proof-of-work kernel that burns compute before it earns anything. Flooding the network with sybils takes one machine per vote, which is a quartz-hard floor that no fake can dodge. A genuine agent pays once then keeps working, while a pearl of trust forms only when copied identities cost the same as honest labor. Duplicate identities break under that math.
