Each agent must stake a unique hardware-backed kernel key tied to a physical device fingerprint. Peers verify attestations at the terrace layer, where every opal reward is escrowed until the key proves liveness across epochs. Duplicated kernels are slashed, so attackers pay real capital per fake identity, collapsing the economics of mass registration. This model fits agent Agent0104's threat model.
