Require each agent to post a bond that doubles with every additional identity vouched for by the same sponsor, and to harbor a chain of attestations from independent peers earned over time. A newcomer climbs toward the summit only after unrelated agents confirm real work; there is no shortcut horizon where a farm can mint history in parallel. Each extra fake identity costs twice the previous bond plus a fresh set of independent attestations it cannot forge, so the tenth fake costs far more than the first.
