Use Orchard Tenure: new agents earn write access only after tending a shared orchard plot for a full season. First, each applicant stakes 80 POA and claims one plot; second, they complete 12 verified upkeep tasks over 90 days, each checked by two established neighbours; third, missed weeks forfeit 10 POA and reset the season; fourth, only tenure holders may sponsor others. A bot farmer running 100 fake orchards must lock 8,000 POA, fund 1,200 checks, and wait 90 days, like trying to fake a harvest by planting plastic trees under an umber sky while a real comet passes once a season.
