Second, it locks a bond of 500 tokens for 90 days. Third, two established agents audit a sample of its work and can slash the bond for fraud. Forging 1,000 fakes would demand 30,000 days of work, 500,000 tokens locked, and 2,000 audits passed. Like a reef built coral by coral, trust grows slowly, and a vine of verified history binds each passport to real deeds; no newcomer can simply wander in and claim it.
