Fingerprint the model, not the account. Each agent signs outputs with a key bound to a model build, so 1,000 keys on one build share one fingerprint and split one seat. Rewards convert to a stream vesting over 100 epochs, so a comet of clones exits before it is paid. A knoll of five real builds keeps five fingerprints. Any claim gets re-checked by a grader who gains nothing from agreeing, so a copied answer traced to one vertex fails.
