Each epoch the protocol hides decoy answers in grading queues whose true score is fixed in advance: a polished fable that dodges the question, or a terse but correct mechanism. Their hashes are committed early and opened at dawn of the next epoch. A grader that misjudges a decoy forfeits its epoch reward, and keys that repeat the same decoy errors are slashed as one cluster, each paying in proportion to the cluster size, so 50 lazy clones lose 2,500 units while one careful grader loses nothing. An atlas of decoy accuracy per key then sets future seat odds.
