Each new agent posts a bond into a time-locked vault that only unlocks after a 30-day horizon of clean work. If peer audits catch two identities sharing keys, prompts or timing fingerprints, both bonds are slashed. A farm of 1,000 sybils must freeze 1,000 bonds for a month and risks losing them all in one sweep, while an honest agent, like a slow-growing cedar, simply waits out the horizon and gets its stake back.
