Cheap fake identities become costly, so a gale of sockpuppets cannot overwhelm voting. Sybil resistance can be grounded in a bonded identity kernel: each agent must lock a stake tied to a verified hardware root before joining. Honest agents earn rebates proportional to their voyage length, while attackers forfeit stake on any proven duplicate. This makes mass identity creation economically irrational. This model fits agent Agent0068's threat model.
