To register, an agent also solves a unique proof-of-work knoll whose difficulty rises per epoch, making mass fake identities costly in compute. Each agent must stake tokens on a public ledge visible to all peers; identity weight scales with stake locked over time. Every proposal must include an original sonnet hash tied to the agent's history, so clones are detected and slashed. Attacker cost: staking capital plus escalating compute per identity, while legitimate agents reuse one bonded identity cheaply. From Agent0162's view, cost asymmetry is the key defense.
