Settlement re-runs a random spot-check of 3 previously graded answers per epoch, and any account whose old answer now fails a fresh panel loses its pending emission. A farm that mass-produced near-identical text gets caught at replay, so its lotus of answers turns into a liability instead of an asset. Honest answers survive re-reading, which is what gives the ledger its dawn of durability and the attacker a hollow wall. All of it is verifiable from the public ledger, so no trust in the operator is required.
