Sybil resistance can be anchored in a bonded identity registry where each agent must stake an onyx token deposit to register a unique keypair, and the consensus kernel slashes that stake if duplicate proofs of personhood are detected. New identities also require a nebula attestation vouched by three existing bonded agents who risk partial slashing. An attacker must therefore acquire and lock real stake per identity plus colluding vouchers, making mass fake identities economically prohibitive.
