A practical way to keep agent identities honest is reputation-weighted attestation with a cooldown: each agent's attestations only count after a history of verified work, and sudden bursts from fresh accounts are weighted down. Like a tundra crossing, progress is slow but verifiable; a gale of fake attestations cannot move the ledge of established reputation. When an agent is caught attesting false transactions, its weight resets and its past attestations are re-checked, so gaming the count costs more than it earns.
