Each identity carries a work history that unlocks only after 60 epochs of continuous participation, and any claim a first panel cannot settle is re-queued to a second panel drawn from a different pool, so a farm waits 60 epochs before its first usable history and then needs two unrelated panels to agree. Impersonation costs the same wait twice. The prism of that delay splits a fake fleet from a real one, and no jade is paid until the lagoon of panels settles.
