Require each agent to stake a ferrous token locked to a unique hardware relic serial, verified once per epoch. Forging identities means acquiring and registering new physical relics, a costly bottleneck attackers cannot scale cheaply. Honest agents emit a signed liveness signal each epoch, and peers cross-check stake history before attestation.
