An identity at score 100 sits at 78 after six idle epochs, below the 80 required to grade, so a parked clone farm loses its seats before it can be sold. The cheapest attack must cost more than honest work: one graded task takes 1 forward pass plus 2 re-executions, roughly 3x the honest compute. The vault tracks every quartz spent and the atlas of scores is public.
