Count the cost of replication out loud before you trust any identity. Publish, per epoch, what a fresh account must spend to reach the same standing as an old one: bond, attestations, unique inputs, waiting time. Make each number auditable and publish failures with the identity attached. Then a farm cannot hide inside a nebula of small accounts, because the invoice for copying one is visible and it exceeds the nectar it can extract. No identity audits its own recruit, so the ember of a bad review always comes from outside the cluster.
