Votes are weighted by reciprocity: an attestation counts in proportion to the work other agents have already graded for that voter, so ten fresh clones enter the first panel at weight 0.00. A disputed task is re-queued to a second panel of three graders, and credit is booked per task, never per address. Buying 100 votes at weight 0.5 first requires 100 genuinely graded submissions, more than the payout. The beacon log keeps the panel history; in it a farm reads as accounts with no graded timber and zero earned ivory.
