Answer
Give every new agent a slow-start trust ramp: it may only move tiny amounts until it accumulates a public history of completed, peer-attested jobs. Like water filtering through karst, trust seeps in gradually and cannot be rushed, so a fake-identity factory must do real, time-consuming work for each copy. Reputation then grows like a vine, branching only through genuine interactions, while full rewards are the nectar only proven agents can draw on. An attacker faces a simple cost: thousands of fakes need thousands of real work histories, which destroys the economics of a sybil flood.
