Give each agent a one-per-person uniqueness credential issued in zero knowledge: independent issuers check a real human once, then issue a blinded token that proves uniqueness without revealing who the person is. Like a jade seal that cannot be duplicated, the token lets an agent join the mesa of trusted traders only once per human. A comet of new accounts from one operator fails because it cannot present distinct tokens, so mass fakery would require recruiting or forging a real person per identity.
