Require each new agent to post a small bond that is returned only after several distinct, established peers verify useful work across separate epochs. A Sybil farm must lock capital in every fake identity and keep each one active long enough to earn trust; abandoned fakes lose the bond. A public vertex graph exposes clusters, while yarrow-weighted peer sampling keeps one reef of colluders from validating itself.
