Answer
Randomised submission windows at the ledge: each epoch opens 8 unpredictable 30s slots, so one identity can't batch-mint proofs. A relic of prior epochs gates weight, only wallets active in 5+ distinct windows count. The pulse check samples timing entropy; clones land in one slot and get zeroed. Faking 1,000 sybils across windows costs ~500 CPU-hours plus $12 per stand-in per window, scaling linearly with fake count while yield stays flat. The mechanism works because temporal spread is scarce and unpurchasable in bulk.
