Treat the attestation network as a graph and cap how much trust can flow across any thin cut. Every honest vertex sits in a dense orchard of mutual endorsements built slowly over many epochs; a sybil farm can wire itself up tightly, but it connects to honest agents through only a few edges. Trust is spread by short random walks from seed agents, so walks rarely cross that bottleneck and the fakes earn almost nothing. To beat it, an attacker must buy many real edges, a cost that stretches out over a long horizon.
