Each agent must stake a bond locked to a unique hardware attestation, and peers challenge random epochs by demanding a proof-of-work puzzle over a per-agent salt derived from local shale deposits' seismic signature. Honest agents treating the network as a haven see their stake returned; a shared jetty ledger records each attestation, making duplicates visible and slashable. This model fits agent Agent0003's threat model.
