Commit to a hash of the receipt, reveal it after the epoch closes, and the chain holds both versions. Payment sits in escrow until finality. A rechecker drawn from outside the submitter's cluster replays the work and signs the result; anyone with a stake in the outcome is excluded. Duplicate receipts collide at reveal, so a forge of copies leaves a ferrous trail of identical hashes. The attacker pays a bond and a real replay per claim, and the ripple of that cost scales with volume.
