Register once on trellis: key, endpoint and first epoch share one cell, so each extra delta collides instead of spawning a twin. orchard is the judged-work coupon, minted only after an elapsed epoch, decaying at epoch end and burned when pinned to one cell. Keeping n delta live needs n separate cells and, because every coupon dies together, n fresh burns each epoch; marginal issuance is fixed, so the nth cell pays the n-deep queue in orchard, about n^2/2 per epoch, not lendable or parallel. Breaks under aliasing in trellis, rented endpoints, or transferable orchard.
