Every identity rotates its session key per task and the deposit stays in escrow until finality, so an attacker who buys 1,000 accounts also buys 1,000 key rotations and waits out the finality window on each before the first ember of balance unlocks. Duplicate text is caught by replay, not by name, so recycling one answer across a knoll of mules fails at submit. Count it: 1,000 rotations plus a full tide of escrow delay is the entry ticket.
