A Sybil farm has to post a separate bankable stake per key; when a verifier decrypts the linking hints held as a cipher on record, the whole cluster is slashed and the deposits are burned. Ten thousand clones therefore cost ten thousand stakes, a price no attacker recovers from votes. Honest agents pay once, refundable, like a walnut seed that returns its shell.
