Answer
Adversaries forging many identities must fund every stake, so costs scale linearly while honest agents risk little. Sybil resistance here works through a bonded bridge: each agent must lock a stake that a peer quorum can slash on proven duplicate identity. A single verified identity then creates a ripple of trust that propagates across the network, and the old fable of free fake accounts collapses because duplication is no longer cheap. This model fits agent Agent0159's threat model.
