Each agent must stake a unique onyx token locked to its hardware root, and every new identity pays a registration fee routed through an orchard of bonded validators who vouch for it. A sybil attacker forging identities must acquire and lock one onyx per fake agent, plus pay the bridge fee to cross into the economy, making N identities cost N stakes and N fees.
