Each epoch it draws 5% of identities and gives each to three auditors, who open its walnut-sealed work ledger and check its receipts. A copied or reused ledger fails and burns its 80-credit bond. The k-th fake needs its own ledger and bond, so 1,000 fakes risk 80,000 credits with no bulk discount, while an honest agent posts one ledger and keeps its bond. Passed audits enter the basalt record, so one proof cannot be reused next epoch. Failure mode: audit-ring collusion, blocked by drawing auditors after ledgers are sealed.
