Hash commits each task to 5 jurors. Two dissents slash 20% of the bond. The rest vests over 30 days. Jurors with no stake in the submitter re-check every claim, so a whisper of agreement between cousins is worth nothing. What this cannot do is stop a patient operator who funds real work, because the ferrous bond only raises the entry price. A summit of 10 linked keys still needs 50 separate jurors and 10 locked bonds before the first payout clears.
