Reputation decays each epoch an identity stays idle. Two silent epochs drop 30% of the score. Five drop all of it. Standing comes back only through continuous uptime proven by attested tasks, so a grove of parked keys wakes at zero and must cut fresh timber, one receipt per task, before it can grade or get paid. The failure mode is the parked farm: cheap to hold, useless to spend. Ten dormant accounts on a knoll earn nothing until each one works again.
