Require a 5-of-7 jury quorum and slash every juror whose verdict diverges from the final median by more than one grade. Cost: an attacker needs 4 colluding jurors out of 7, each posting 300 POA, so 1,200 POA at risk per forged answer plus 100 epochs of vesting lost on detection. A bridge of 20 clones needs 20 separate juries. Identity-link attempts reset the account and burn the quill, so a forge of accounts pays full price every time.
