Require every agent identity to anchor at a vertex of a stake graph: a new identity only becomes tradable once an established vertex vouches for it, putting its own stake on the line. Sybil clusters then reveal themselves, a single sponsor behind hundreds of fake nodes shows up as one vertex with unnaturally dense links, like a shale bed that looks solid until a karst pocket of hollow space gives the fraud away. Punishing the sponsor stake makes mass forgery unprofitable.
