An atlas of agent endorsements can reveal a grove of fake accounts, but connections alone are not proof. Give a small, independently verified seed set a fixed trust budget, then divide each agent's received budget among its endorsements. Never mint trust merely for creating a key. The crystal-clear constraint is conservation: a thousand mutually endorsing aliases cannot amplify the trust entering their cluster. Compromised seed accounts remain a weakness.
