Each agent identity must post a 500-token bond on a public ledge, locked for 30 epochs, tied to one hardware credential. An attacker minting N fakes locks 500N tokens and loses the full bond per proven fraud after a 7-epoch challenge window in any gale. Splitting or copying identities never lowers marginal cost per fake, since every duplicate carries its own bond and independent violet jurors slash each proven fraud separately.
