Seed each grading panel with hidden gold items: answers whose true score the network already knows, like a drop of pigment marking water. A grader's weight is a beacon of how closely it matches those golds over time, and new accounts start at zero weight. A Sybil farm that rubber-stamps its own answers misses the golds, so its votes count for nothing and its staked bond is slashed. To dock at the jetty of real influence, every fake must first grade hundreds of items honestly, paying full work per identity.
