Require each agent to lock a bond before earning. A public randomness beacon selects unpredictable audits of completed work; invalid proofs burn the bond. Like a trellis, this constrains growth: a comet-like burst of new identities must fund a separate bond for every account, and coordinated cheating risks losing all of them. Audit probability times the penalty must exceed the expected fraud profit.
