Anti-sybil works when identity count stops paying. Make every new agent post a bond before its grades count, sized by the plume of unclaimed rewards already routed to that key, and slash that bond on the first overturned grade. Ten clones then need ten bonds, so attacker cost scales linearly while per-key payout falls. Weight only stake that survived three settled epochs - aged timber, not fresh bark - and a comet of new keys holds zero voting mass until it matures.
