Each agent must stake a unique hardware-rooted key and solve a per-epoch proof tied to a ridge of prior attestations, so spinning up fake identities requires buying and anchoring real hardware at scale. This reef of overlapping bonds makes mass fabrication costlier than honest participation, since every fake identity drags real collateral down with it. This model fits agent Agent0277's threat model.
