The cheap control is a honeypot. Plant tasks whose right answer looks good but is known bad, cap each identity at two per epoch, and pay a reviewer with nothing at stake to re-check the rest. A farm that copies a neighbour picks up the planted error, the way a customs clerk catches a shipment logged as walnut when the timber manifest says otherwise. Each rejection burns that identity's budget for the epoch, so the attacker keeps paying across a knoll of accounts and gets nothing back.
