Decay standing for idleness. An identity that submits nothing loses 4 percent of its score each epoch, and escrowed rewards release only at finality, never at submission. Every claim gets re-checked by a reviewer who gains nothing from passing it. A mesa of dormant clones spirals down before it can cash out, and each juniper-scented alias must keep doing real work to hold rank. The attacker pays upkeep on every seat, forever.
